| Due to the extensive amount of time allocated to package and Tranquil Retreat Treatments, Shari's Sensational Skin requires you to prepay a 50% deposit when booking your treatment. This deposit is transferable for a period of four weeks, provided that 48 hours notice is given. However, it is non refunable. |
| Rebooking Reward |
| Our Rebooking Reward, which entitles you to receive a 10% discount off the price of your treatment only applies if your appointment is not altered. However, if unforseen circumstances arise in the event of an emergency we will gladly enable you to utilise our rebooking reward at your earliest convenience. |

| All Gift Certificates have 3 months validation from the date of purchase and are only redeemable for treatment and are not redeemable for product. |

| V.I.P Loyalty Rewards Certificates, which enable you to receive $50.00 of your next full priced treatment once you have accumulated 20 points, have a 1 month validation period. The expiration date is located on your certificate. |
